Public Relations and Customer Service Certificate
* This certificate is available to anyone who has served a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints for at least 9 months and received an honorable release.
This certificate provides a structured series of activities where students will analyze their prior public relations and customer service skills in terms of the knowledge, skills, and abilities acquired during missionary service and apply them to a business setting. Students will demonstrate prior learning by developing a professional portfolio for the purpose of petitioning academic credit for prior learning obtained outside of the classroom at Ensign College. Students will then enroll in two courses in which they refine their public relations and customer service skills for the marketplace.
