BUS 497 Strategy, Leadership and Ethics in Business
In this comprehensive capstone course, participants explore the theoretical aspects of global strategy, emphasizing the ethical dimensions, integrating problem-solving methodologies through engaging cases, simulations, and hands-on consulting services for local businesses.
Applying the analysis, strategy, and performance model, students address diverse domestic and global strategic challenges with a strong emphasis on ethical considerations.
The overarching goal is to cultivate leaders who not only excel professionally but also embody Christlike attributes such as mercy, integrity, and humility.
Through a dynamic fusion of theoretical frameworks and practical application, students embark on a transformative journey, emerging as ethical, compassionate, and effective business leaders dedicated to being trusted disciples of Jesus Christ throughout their lives.
This class may require curricular practical training (CPT) authorization for international students. Students should consult with their instructor and the international student office for further guidance.
