CS 380 Special Topics

In Scrum Software Methodology, the student leads a software development team as a Scrum Master. This involves coordinating with the Product Owner to plan Sprints and lead Scrum meetings, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospective meetings. The Scrum Master’s job is to work with the team as a software developer and remove obstacles by helping their team.
