SCM 223 Quality Management

Students are immersed in the concepts of quality and risk management. Topics explored and practiced in this course include continuous improvement, quality philosophies, costs of quality, Six Sigma, Statistical Process Control, risk identification, risk analysis, risk response, and probability and impact. Students will develop the skills to analyze and ensure the quality of products, processes, and services for an organization.
