CS 160 Agile Project Management

Agile Project Management equips students with essential skills and knowledge to lead and manage projects using Agile methodologies. Students will learn to analyze and apply the 4 Agile values and 12 principles to guide effective project management. The course emphasizes fostering collaborative relationships through Scrum and Kanban methodologies for seamless team collaboration. Students will also learn how to create user stories, build wireframes, and design high-fidelity mockups and prototypes while embracing continuous improvement through iteration and stakeholder feedback.
