BUS 425 Advanced Sales Leadership

This course provides an in-depth study of the essential principles of advanced sales leadership, including being a subject matter expert, recruiting, motivating, teaching, setting objectives and expectations, establishing accountability, allocating resources, and making effective decisions. The course includes business presentations, fieldwork, role-playing, and case studies. At the conclusion of the course, students will be required to take the industry-recognized Griffin-Hill professional sales certification exam.
