BUS 230 Principles of Professional Sales
This course is designed to introduce the fundamental principles of persuasive trust-based relationship selling. Students will experience the professional sales process as a series of interrelated steps while exploring sales careers and the key qualifications needed for sales success. At the conclusion of the course, students will be required to take the industry-recognized Griffin-Hill professional sales certification exam.
