COMM 425 UX Strategy and Management

The growth of UX as a job category has fostered an ever-expanding number of companies needing to define a UX strategy for their products while building talented teams to realize these goals. This course will focus on the basics of strategy building (where are we now, where do we want to be, how do we get there) in the context of UX and how to implement plans and processes for realizing those strategies across a team or organization.
