COMM 390 Intercultural Communications

This course is designed to help students develop skills to research, observe, and analyze intercultural communication in everyday life, media, and discourse. The course addresses topics ranging from cultural definition, globalization and modern technological influences in intercultural practices, representations of cultures and identities in media and popular culture, and the relationship between language, power, and culture.
