BUS 410 Negotiation and Conflict Resolution

This course is designed to teach negotiation principles and to enable students to develop their negotiation skills. Negotiating is a fact of life; everyone negotiates something every day, frequently without realizing it. Negotiation is, nonetheless, often misunderstood and poorly performed. This course is designed to develop your skills in: recognizing and analyzing situations that call for negotiating, preparing for and then conducting the negotiation.
