BUS 233 Food & Beverage Industry

In BUS 233, students will learn and apply the skills needed to become a professional in the foodservice industry, which include identifying key culinary trends, the food cycle, F&B business types, best practices for organizational success, hospitality, how to build an effective team, and business planning. Students will explore and implement these principles as you create a business plan for a restaurant based on a trending concept.
