FIN 315 Corporate Managerial Finance
This course examines the capital budgeting process, including estimating the cost of capital and cash flows. Examines the importance of the WACC and cash flows in the decision making process. Students will learn the importance of working capital management and how to use these principles in strategic planning. The time value of money and tax implications will be used in the capital budgeting process. Students will also explore key topics in financial management, such as optimal leverage, raising capital for the firm, and equity payout policies.
Prerequisite
ACC 212 with a C grade or higher.
